1 Ordering & Payment
1.1 How do I place an order?

Simply add your desired products to the shopping cart and complete your order through our secure checkout. Need help? Feel free to contact us.

1.2 Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bancontact, credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer.

 

1.3 Can I place an order by phone or WhatsApp?

No, orders can only be placed through the webshop. However, we're happy to assist you via phone or WhatsApp if you need help choosing the right product.

2 Shipping & Delivery
2.1 When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) are usually shipped the same day.

2.2 Do you ship outside the Netherlands and Belgium?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe.

2.3 Which carrier will deliver my package?

We work with trusted carriers such as PostNL or DPD, depending on the destination and package size.

3 Returns & Warranty
3.1 Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us beforehand.

3.2 What if my product is damaged or defective?

Contact us as soon as possible, preferably with a photo of the issue. We’ll make sure to find a fitting solution.

4.1 Are all products in stock?

Items listed on the website are usually available from stock. If a product shows “on request,” we’ll contact you with more information about the delivery time.

4.2 I’m looking for a specific product. Can you order it for me?

Let us know! We can often order products that aren’t listed on our website yet.

4.3 Do you offer personal advice?

Absolutely. Call, email or message us – we’re happy to help, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced angler.

5.2 Can I pick up my online order in-store?

Yes, during checkout you can select "Pick up in store." We’ll notify you once your order is ready.
