Article 1 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by HengelsportLauwe and to every distance contract concluded between HengelsportLauwe and a consumer.
Additional or different terms apply to business customers and are available upon request.
Article 2 – The Offer
All products on the webshop are presented with a clear description and images where applicable.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind HengelsportLauwe.
All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.
Article 3 – The Agreement
The contract is concluded at the moment the customer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
Upon receiving the order, HengelsportLauwe will send a confirmation by email.
Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason (cooling-off period).
During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, all payments including standard shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Returns can be registered by email.
Article 5 – Prices
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are specified separately before the order is completed.
Article 6 – Delivery and Fulfilment
HengelsportLauwe delivers within Europe via DPD or other carriers.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
The maximum delivery time is 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. If this term is exceeded, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract free of charge.
Article 7 – Payment
Payment must be made using one of the available methods listed on the webshop.
For prepayments, the order will be shipped after full payment has been received.
Article 8 – Warranty
All products are covered by the statutory warranty.
If applicable, any additional manufacturer warranty will be stated on the product page.
Article 9 – Complaints
Complaints regarding the performance of the contract must be submitted within a reasonable time, clearly described and complete.
HengelsportLauwe aims to respond to complaints within 5 working days.
Disputes can be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
Article 10 – Liability
HengelsportLauwe is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
Liability is always limited to the value of the purchased product.
Article 11 – Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with HengelsportLauwe’s privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 12 – Other Provisions
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes should preferably be resolved in mutual consultation.
